About

The strategist who makes hard technology easy to trust.

I'm Jordyn Dumont, a communications strategist with 15 years of experience helping technology companies build credibility, shape narratives, and earn the attention of the audiences that matter most.

I spent a decade at Zillow leading communications for some of the company's most complex initiatives — including a multi-billion dollar new business launch, a high-profile wind-down, and years of AI product rollouts to an industry that was deeply skeptical of tech. Communicating new technology to a resistant, traditional audience — and doing it in a way that built genuine trust rather than backlash — is some of the most valuable work I've done, and it translates directly to what most technology companies are navigating right now.

My strengths are at the intersection of strategy and craft: building the messaging architecture that underpins a launch, coaching executives to speak with authority and nuance, and finding the story that gets covered the right way.

I work with a small number of clients at a time. That's intentional — you get senior attention, not a hand-off.
